These terms apply to every booking made through beyondtherender.tv, by WhatsApp or by email. Please read them before you book; by paying for a booking you accept them.
1. Who we are
Beyond the Render is a private advisory experience operated by Miftah FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence number [LICENCE NO], registered address [ADDRESS], VAT registration number [TRN]). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Miftah FZCO trading as Beyond the Render, and "you" means the person making the booking and the guests they book for.
2. Our experiences
We offer four private experiences, each hosted by the same four people: Beyond Consultation (on Google Meet), Beyond Breakfast (at your hotel), Beyond Yacht (from Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Marina) and Beyond Desert at Nara. Durations, times and guest limits are shown on each experience page and at checkout.
3. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when payment is received and we send a confirmation by email. Each booking is for one private group. Beyond Consultation accepts up to 4 guests; the other experiences accept up to 6. All four hosts attend.
You agree that the details you give us are accurate, and that you have permission from any guest whose details you share.
4. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars, per private group, before VAT. 5% UAE VAT is added at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
Every payment comes with a tax invoice issued by Miftah FZCO.
5. Bookings made on someone's behalf
If you book for another person, you confirm you are authorised to do so. A date can be held for 48 hours without payment; if the payment link is not paid within that time, the hold is released and the date may be offered to others.
6. Changes, cancellations and credit
We do not offer cash refunds. If you move or cancel in time, the full amount you paid is kept as credit:
- Beyond Consultation and Beyond Breakfast: at least 48 hours before the start time.
- Beyond Yacht and Beyond Desert at Nara: at least 7 days before the start time.
Credit can be used for any Beyond experience within 12 months of the original booking date. If the new booking costs more, you pay the difference; credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you cancel later than the times above, or do not attend, the booking is charged in full and no credit is issued.
7. Weather, safety and changes by us
If weather, sea conditions or safety advice mean an experience cannot run safely, we will move it to a new date at no cost. If we need to change a booking for any other reason, we will offer you a new date of your choice.
8. Partner venues
Some experiences take place at partner venues, including Santorini (yacht), Nara (desert) and your hotel. Their own safety rules and house rules apply while you are on their premises, and you agree to follow the instructions of their staff.
9. Your conduct
Please arrive on time and treat hosts, partners and other guests with respect. We may end an experience early, without credit, if a guest's behaviour puts anyone's safety or comfort at risk. Recording sessions requires the agreement of all four hosts.
10. Confidentiality
We treat everything you share about your plans, properties and projects as confidential. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before your session on request.
11. Not professional advice
Our experiences offer perspective drawn from lifestyle, real estate, investment, and design and execution. They are not regulated financial, investment, legal, tax or architectural advice, and you should not rely on them as such. Any decision you make is your own; where appropriate, consult a qualified, licensed adviser.
12. Our method and content
"Beyond the Render", "Four lenses, one conversation", our method, written summaries, articles, photographs and films are owned by us or our licensors. You may use written summaries we send you for your own decision-making, but not republish them.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Otherwise, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make after an experience.
14. Privacy
How we collect and protect your personal data is explained in our privacy notice.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book applies to that booking.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
